Attitude Toward Customers

To a person, the staff at Nick’s likes to share their knowledge about Mercedes and how to keep them in safe running condition.  When discussing vehicle needs, we separate for the customer those issues that are related to safety and those that would be “nice to have.”  That way we can help customers create their “to do” lists in the order of importance.

We have both men and women customers who occasionally profess to knowing little about their vehicles.  We are happy to share our knowledge with them, so that they can be proactive in maintaining their cars.

Almost as much as we like our customers, we like our customers’ dogs.  The word is out that we keep doggie biscuits in the front office for our 4-legged visitors, so we (including our mascot Emily) get to welcome several pooches each week.
