Philosophy About Quality

We are a small shop compared with the big super-stores, and because of that we provide a personal service to our customers.  We know that each person comes to us trusting that we can provide repairs and services honestly, accurately, quickly and at a reasonable cost.  If there is an unidentified problem, the customer expects that we have the wisdom to determine the cause(s), well-chosen suppliers to provide parts and services, and knowledge and experience to resolve the problems.  Our desire is to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
